New Found Inspiration!

So I've found a new inspiration for my pack an it's called Front Line!

Yes, this year I am playing FL in Trinidad. Nothing will stop me!!! When Spice launched The Spice Route last Sunday I just knew that I had to do whatever it takes to get in gear and fluff my rear, so to speak. Last year I wasn't the worst looking person on the road but what did I look like, you say?.....

EXACTLY!

This is my year to shine. I have speculated about which costume I actually wanted to play but I think people wi
ll be quite surprised when the decision is finally made. Right now Gates of Petra seems to be my main FL option but knowing me...I may shock the world with my actual choice.

So! What's my plan of action you say.....watch it unfold. For the past week, I have been running in Prospect Park and killing myself in the gym with 1.5 hours of Cardio daily. I have really gotten strict on my eating regimen. Today I initiated what will be a series on Sunday cleanses to keep out unwanted wast particles....thus minimizing my mid-section. Either way,I am determined and I won't stop until my thighs cease from rubbing together.

Pilates Are Back!

I haven't posted in some time now. I have been running about 2 times a weeks outside. That is not nearly enough roadwork but it is something.

I have realized that last summer when I did more strength training I was getting rid of visceral fat. My stomach was getting flat within a month! So I am going to work Pilates into my schedule at least twice a week.

I am going to have to get on my grind and workout everyday, 6 days a week.

I will be uploading photos periodically. I'm too damn excited!

PEACE!

MARATHON!!!

Hey!

SO last week I struck up an idea to begin training for the ING NYC Marathon. This is huge for me! 26 miles! I already have friends betting against my finish!

My friend Sam is going to train me. He has already set me on the right track with plan and training schedule. I also have the Fitday food log. Here is the link so you guys can see what I'm eating: http://www.fitday.com/WebFit/PublicJournals.html?Owner=jacquida

Today I did 2 miles on the treadmill in 25 minutes. In the morning Iam going to do 2 or 3 miles around the cemetery. I think it's called the Holy Cross Cemetery. It's about 1 mile around. Tomorrow, I am running around it three times. By the end of the month (June) I will be running around it at least 10 times a day.

Currently, 4.5-5 mph is comfortable. Running 5.5 mph tends to get me tired...not out of breathe!!! I can run 5.5 mph for up to 1.5 miles straight. I was thinking a goal of 6-8 mph would be great for the marathon. My goal time for the marathon is 5 hours. The best runners do it in 2-3 hours....so 5 is good.

Think about how thin I will be at the end of all this....and just a few steps away from my pack!!!!!!

Got Me Working Working Day and Night!!!

The audio clip on this page is currently a Michael Jackson song that I love listening to before I hit a workout!!!

Today I worked out at Bally's on Tilden this afternoon. I hadn't had anything to eat and I was feeling dizzy after 45 minutes of the elyptical machine. Not to mention the additional 25 minutes or 5 mph jogging. That Nutrament energy shake was not even enough. Especially since I it at 12:30 and didn't eat until 5:30.

WELCOME To Jack Gets a Pack :::::::::::Please Read::::::::::

Hey everybody!

In this day and age there is no room for shortcomings. I have been trying to get those killer abs for a while now. The only problem is that I TRY and really I just need to DO IT.

My goals are to cut down my fat percentage, my pound and develop my abs and MAKE THEM SHOW!!!! That is the most important part....they need to show. Right now...I'm sportin' muffin top!!! LOL!

When I get the exact number I will inform you all but right now...My estimate is about 175lbs and somewhere in the 27% fat range. My height is 5' 1/2". I am a size 11.

I will be posting here from time to time and want to extend you all the opportunity to check in with helpful information. As well as information about anything else on your mind. It doesn't all have to be about working out and nutrition. SO here I go....

I am glad you had the opportunity to read the first posting of my blog.
